Warranty

All Heel-O-Matic roping dummies are warranted to the original purchaser of the product.

Warranty Duration: This product is warranted to the original purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date, to be free to defects in material and workmanship.  Heel-O-Matic disclaims any liability for consequential damages.  In no event will Heel-O-Matic be responsible for any amount of damages beyond the amount paid for the product at retail.

In the event of a defective product, please contact Heel-O-Matic with a complete explanation of the problem, your name, and the serial number (if applicable) of your product.  In some instances, photographic documentation may be requested.  Heel-O-Matic will, upon review, replace or repair the defective product or component.

The original purchaser is responsible for any shipping and handling expenses due to warranty fulfillment.

This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by unreasonable use, misuse, neglect, improper service, modified by the purchaser or other causes not arising from defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty Disclaimers:  This warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume any other liability in connection with the sale of Heel-O-Matic products.  There shall be no claims for defects or failure of performance or product failure under any theory of tort, contract or commercial law including but not limited to negligence, gross negligence, and strict liability, breach of warranty and breach of contract.

Warranty Performance:  During the above one (1) year warranty period, a product with a defect will be repaired or replaced with a comparable model when the product is deemed under warranty by Heel-O-Matic, Inc.  The replacement part or product will be in warranty for the remaining balance of the one (1) year warranty period.
