To activate this 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, fill out the postcard that was sent with your Training System in its entirety and mail it back to Heel-O-Matic or fill out the the warranty information on our online form found here.
You will receive a complimentary registration packet once we have received your information. The registration packet contains a HOM ball cap, DVD, and certificate of ownership.
